Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM CDT/CST, exceptions are on holidays. Please allow 1-2 days for a response, although we will always try to respond as soon as possible. Responses late on Friday may not get a reply till Monday.

Cancel Order Form

This form is specifically for people who want to cancel their order. Don't use this form for any concerns or suggestions.

 

Please note that cancellations within 2 days will incur a 5% payment gateway fee. This is only to cover the cost of the payment transfers.

 

Cancellations after 2 days, if still possible and before it has shipped out will incur a 15% restocking fee as materials, labor and resources would have already been used to start manufacturing it.

 

Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
