Normal hours are Monday through Friday, exceptions are on holidays. Please allow extra time for a response as we are busier than usual, although we will always try to respond as soon as possible. Responses late on Friday will not get a reply till Monday.

If you do not get a response within that time frame, it is likely the helpdesk is under more stress than usual, or there may be outside factors like power outages and such. Please remain patient, eventually we will get back to you.
