WARRANTY, MISDELIVERY, CANCELLATION & RETURNS
Q: Help! My tiddies broke in the mail!
First, please keep the box as we will need photos of it. Please contact us via the contact link at the top of the page, provide your order number, and a description of the breakage. We will respond asking for photos and/or a video of the problem, and a photo of the every side of the box, including one that shows the tracking number. If we determine the problem is truly an issue, for example a butt cheek exploded and gel is leaking out, we will replace it for free. However, if we determine that the problem is purely cosmetic or does not affect the usability and lifespan of the toy, for example scuffs, scratches, or peeling, we will not be able to replace them. In this case, depending on the severity, we may offer something as an apology.
Q: Manufacturer defect warranty info? My tiddies seem to be created wrong, don't seem to be the correct jiggly material, etc...
Please use the Contact Us link in the menu and give us a description of what is wrong. When we respond to you, we will ask you for photos and/or videos of the toy you received. Please highlight the defects in your media. If we can verify that it seems to be a manufacturer defect, we will replace your tiddies for free. However, if we determine that the problem is purely cosmetic or does not affect the usability, correct feeling, and lifespan of the toy, we will not be able to replace them. In this case, depending on the severity, we may offer something as an apology.
Q: My Tiddies were clearly lost in shipping, and I've verified with the shipping company that they don't know where it is. Will you send another one or a refund?
Absolutely, once we verify that nothing else can be done about the current shipment. Please contact us via the contact link at the top of the page, let us know the current status if you know any details, and provide your order number and tracking number. Please also tell us your choice of a refund or replacement, for when we determine it's irretrievable. In some cases, it may take extended time to verify that the current package cannot be retrieved, because we may start an investigation with the shipping company for locating the package or receiving insurance money. This is because in many cases, the package is just stuck in a warehouse, forgotten during truck loading, or other odd circumstances, and is very easily found and forwarded on to continue its journey. But, once we get a confirmation notice from them that it's truly lost, or we have good reason to believe it was lost without hope of recovery in advance, we will replace or refund your order.
Q: Help! My tiddies were stolen off my doorstep or something!
If you purchased route shipping insurance, please work with them to receive a full refund. If not, then we are sorry, but once the package is delivered to your address, we are unable to replace them based on anything that has happened after, like package theft, vandalism etc. Please report the theft to your local police department, and give them footage if you have any. Once the package has been delivered, our responsibility has ended. It is your duty to make sure you get your package inside safely. Please sign-up for the common courier's free accounts, where you can have them send you email and text alerts whenever any package is delivered to your address, out for delivery or etc. They also have options for things like leave with neighbor in case you are out, reschedule delivery, hold at drop point for pickup, etc. Not all couriers have all options. Please consult your country's international carrier websites. For USA, the common carriers are UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL, and they all have reliable text alerts and options.
Q: Are your products returnable?
Because of the lewd nature of our products, they are not returnable. This is standard with sexual products. We aren't able to resell an item that could have been used in a way that got it covered in bodily fluids, even if you say it hasn't been used, as we are unable to prove that either way.
Q: Is there a fee for cancellation?
Yes, please note that cancellations within 2 days will incur a 7.9% payment gateway fee. This is only to cover the cost of the payment transfers. The fee has increased recently, sorry about that.
Cancellations are available for up to 5 days after ordering, but only if it is still possible and it has not yet shipped out, and will incur a 25% manufacturing fee. This is due to the materials, labor and resources that would have already been used to start manufacturing it.
After 5 days the order cannot be cancelled.
Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Orders shipped from our USA warehouse ship very fast and therefore cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation Exemptions: Some products cannot be cancelled after ordering. Please check the product page for the item you've ordered or plan to order. If the item cannot be cancelled, there will be large bold text at the start of the product description saying so.
