Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pay-over-time subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.


Pay Over Time Subscriptions

When you purchase a pay-over-time subscription, we'll ship your product to you after the entire price of the product is paid. This is based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

You will be able to pause the subscription from your subscription page linked in an email sent to you at the time of your order. If you cannot find the email, please contact us with your name, order number, email address or phone number you used for the order, or any other information that may be helpful for us to find your order and subscription information in our system.

To cancel your subscription, please contact us so we may be able to cancel it and refund you. We are unable to refund payment processing fees that are charged to us, as we do not receive this money back either when we refund you.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged at each of the subscription's repeating orders based on the frequency you selected, unless you choose to pay in advance or pause the subscription.

In the occurence that a subscription keeps going after the product cost has been completely paid off, this will be due to our mistake, so please Contact Us and we will refund the extra amounts and cancel future charges. If we notice this problem happening on our own, we will refund the extra subcription orders and contact you to let you know what happened. We will do our best to fix these problems as soon as we notice them, but in some circumstances we may be able to figure out how to.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect full payment no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date (if it was not a full payment initially).

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
