Q: How can i earn points?
Once a customer has created an account on the store, they are eligible to start earning and redeeming Loyalty points.
CUSTOMERS WILL EARN POINTS THROUGH THE ACTIONS BELOW
- Signing up: 500 Points
- Place an order: 5 Points for every $1.00 spent
- Celebrate a birthday: 1500 Points
- Follow on Instagram: 500 Points
- Complete a Referral: 3500 Points
- Follow on Twitter: 500 Points
Q: How can i redeem my points?
When a customer earned enough points, they can start redeeming rewards. When a customer click Redeem on a reward, a discount code will be generated that they can copy and apply to their next order at checkout. Each reward is worth a certain amount of points.
CUSTOMERS CAN REDEEM THESE REWARDS USING THEIR POINTS
- $500 minimum purchase: $1.00 discount for every 100 points
- $150 minimum purchase: $1.00 discount for every 100 points
- $40 minimum purchase: $1.00 discount for every 100 points
- $300 minimum purchase: $1.00 for every 100 points
- $10 minimum purchase: $1.00 for every 100 points
- 20% off coupon: 8,000 points
- 10% off coupon: 3,000 points
- 15% off coupon: 4,000 points
- 5% off coupon: 1,500 points
Once a reward has been redeemed, its points value will be deducted from the customer's total. If they redeem a reward and wants to use it later, it will be saved in the Rewards section of the app widget.
Q: Are points transferrable?
No, points are strictly non-transferrable.
