Normal hours are Monday through Friday, exceptions are on holidays. Please allow extra time for a response as we are busier than usual, although we will always try to respond as soon as possible. Responses late on Friday will not get a reply till Monday.

If you do not get a response within that time frame, it is likely the helpdesk is under more stress than usual, or there may be outside factors like power outages and such. Please remain patient, eventually we will get back to you.

Cancel an order

Cancellation fees depend on how long ago you ordered.

Days 0–2

7.9% payment gateway fee

This only covers the cost of the payment transfers. The fee has increased recently, sorry about that.

Days 3–5

25% manufacturing fee

Only if it has not yet shipped. Materials, labor and resources would have already been used to start manufacturing it.

Day 6+

Cannot be cancelled

The cancellation window has closed.

Already shipped? Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled. Orders from our USA warehouse ship very fast and therefore cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation exemptions: some products cannot be cancelled after ordering. Please check the product page for the item you've ordered or plan to order — if the item cannot be cancelled, there will be large bold text at the start of the product description saying so.
