Q: I want to cancel my order, am I able to?
In certain circumstances, as long as you contact us via help@tiddy.shop the same or next day after placing your order, we might be able to make arrangements to cancel the shipment of your order, and therefore be able to cancel the order, unless the item description says otherwise. We cannot make promises that we will be able to cancel an order as it requires multiple people on different sides of the world to be able to see the cancellation in time in order to cancel it successfully. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel your order. In the event of a successful cancellation, we will refund you the order total AFTER subtracting payment processing fees, as these fees are not returned to us in the event that we refund you. We would need to be paying out of our own pockets to send you back the payment processing fees, and our company is unfortunately not large enough yet to shoulder these costs.
Q: Warranty info? My tiddies arrived broken, created wrong, doesn't seem like the correct wobbly material, etc...
Please use the Contact link in our menu and give us a description of what is wrong. When we respond to you, we will ask you for photos and/or videos of the toy you received. If we can verify that it seems to be a manufacturer defect, we will replace your TiddyToy for free. However, if we determine that the problem is purely cosmetic or does not affect the usability and lifespan of the toy, we will not be able to replace them. In this case, depending on the severity, we may offer something as an apology.
Q: My Tiddies were clearly lost in shipping, and I've verified with the shipping company that they don't know where it is. Will you send another one or a refund?
In this case, yes. Please contact us via the contact link at the top of the page, send us your choice of a replacement or refund, and provide your order number and tracking number.
Q: Are your products returnable?
Because of the lewd nature of our products, they are not returnable. This is standard with sexual products. We aren't able to resell an item that could have been used in a way that got it covered in bodily fluids.
